The owner’s representative ensures the successful completion of the project using his technical expertise and experience. The representative understands the business plans of the construction owner, creates a strategy, and implements the strategy to accomplish the required deliverables. The construction owner representative coordinates with all the stakeholders of the project such as the architect, consultant, contractor, sub-contractors, material suppliers, etc. The representative minimizes all risks to the project using his previous experience in similar projects. The main goal of the representative is to reduce costs, monitor and track the progress of the project, and ensure that the project is completed within budget, on time, and with the required quality.
